SMS & Text Message Marketing Consent

This page explains how BratPak Dog Kamp ("BratPak", "we", "us") collects consent to send text messages, what kinds of messages we send, and how you can opt out at any time. It is provided to comply with U.S. carrier (CTIA), TCPA, and 10DLC requirements for business SMS programs.
1. Program description
BratPak Dog Kamp operates a business SMS program used to follow up on evaluation requests, confirm bookings, send appointment reminders, share service updates, and occasionally send promotional offers about our dog daycare, boarding, and training services in Henderson, NV and Livermore, CA.
2. How consent is collected
You are only added to our SMS program after providing your mobile number through one of the following opt-in points and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages:
- Website forms (evaluation, contact, and booking forms on bratpakdogkamp.com): a clearly labeled checkbox or disclosure states that by submitting your number you agree to receive SMS messages from BratPak Dog Kamp related to your inquiry and our services.
- In person or by phone: when you provide your number during a tour, evaluation, drop-off, or phone call, we will confirm verbally or in writing before enrolling you in text communications.
- Paid ads & lead forms (Google, Meta, and similar platforms): each lead form includes a written disclosure that by submitting your contact information you agree to receive text and email messages from BratPak Dog Kamp.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may still contact us and use our services without opting in to SMS.
3. Sample consent language used at opt-in
By providing your mobile number and submitting this form, you agree to receive transactional and marketing text messages from BratPak Dog Kamp at the number provided, including messages sent by automated means. 4. Types of messages you may receive
- Transactional: evaluation follow-ups, booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, pickup/drop-off updates, report cards, and customer service replies.
- Promotional / marketing: occasional offers, new program announcements, holiday boarding availability, and seasonal promotions.
5. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Most subscribers receive fewer than 10 messages per month. Active boarding or training clients may receive more during the course of their stay or program.
6. Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BratPak Dog Kamp does not charge a fee for SMS messages.
7. Opt-out instructions (STOP)
You can opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or OPTOUT. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further marketing messages will be sent to that number.
You can also opt out by emailing info@bratpakdogkamp.com with the subject line "STOP SMS" and the mobile number you want removed.
8. Help instructions (HELP)
For help, reply HELP to any message, email info@bratpakdogkamp.com, or call us at the number listed on our Contact page. Our support team will respond during normal business hours.
9. Supported carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Privacy & data sharing
We respect your privacy. Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in status) collected for our SMS program is used solely to deliver the messages described above and to provide our services to you. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with subprocessors strictly necessary to operate the SMS program (for example, our messaging platform QUO and, previously, Grasshopper) under standard confidentiality and data protection terms.

11. Changes to this program
We may update this SMS consent page from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
